Mr. Eristoff was appointed Senior Vice President, CEO Office in 2023 after serving as SVP and Chief Strategy Officer since 2019. He previously served as TowerJazz Panasonic Semiconductor Company (TPSCo) Chief Executive Officer since 2014. Previously, Mr. Eristoff was TowerJazz Vice President of Worldwide Operational Excellence since 2012. Prior to joining TowerJazz, he served as Director, Technology Development, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and Central Engineering for Globalfoundries’ 200mm business unit and served with Intevac as Asia General Manager –Singapore and Asia Region. Previously, Mr. Eristoff served with Chartered Semiconductor in various positions including Process Integration Module Deputy Director, Fab 2 PVD, RTA and MCVD Module Manager, and Fab 2 MCVD Process and Hardware Section Manager. Prior to Chartered, he served with Applied Materials as Metal Deposition Field Operations Manager –Taiwan, Singapore & China and as Process Engineer & Expatriate, Tungsten CVD and Web –Taiwan, Korea & Singapore. Mr. Eristoff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA.
