Mr. Qin was appointed Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales in 2024 after serving as Vice President of China Operations since January 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Sales Director and China Country Manager. Prior to joining Tower Semiconductor in 2010, Mr. Qin spent five years with Grace Semiconductor as a Sales Director of China region. Prior to Grace, he was a Product Marketing Manager at Hua Hong NEC.
Mr. Qin received his Master Degree in Project Management from Zhejiang University, China and B.S. with dual majors in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering and International Trade from Shanghai University, China.
