Mr. Qin was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer in 2026, after serving as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales since 2024. Previously, he served as Vice President of China Operations since January 2020, following his roles as Senior Sales Director and China Country Manager.
Prior to joining Tower Semiconductor in 2010, Mr. Qin spent five years with Grace Semiconductor as a Sales Director of China region. Prior to Grace, he was a Product Marketing Manager at Hua Hong NEC.
Mr. Qin received his Master Degree in Project Management from Zhejiang University, China and B.Sc. with dual majors in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering and International Trade from Shanghai University, China.
