Jason Reinhardt joined Tower Semiconductor in November 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. Following his time with the USAF, he has served in varied roles with different companies serving photonics-related markets. He served as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer for Lumentum, as well as a Business Unit GM and Chief Transformation Officer. Most recently he led a private consulting firm working with a Global 125 manufacturing enterprise to develop a robust 5-year strategic plan and provide executive coaching. Jason is involved in numerous charitable activities. 

Jason has a BSEE from Montana State University, an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College, and a MEd in Early Childhood Education from Northern Arizona University.
