Mrs. Dahan was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources in April 2004. Previously, she served as IT Manager, Director of Personnel, Recreation & Compensation and as Compensation and Benefits Manager. Prior to Tower, she was employed by ORS, a manpower company, as the manager of the company’s northern branch responsible for all recruitment activities and the daily personnel and compensation activities of approximately 150 employees. Mrs. Dahan holds an MBA from the University of Derby in the UK and a B.A. in Social Science from Haifa University in Israel.
