Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) invites suitable candidates to apply for each of the open positions published by the Company by sending contact details and resume (hereinafter: the “Details of the Candidates”). The Company undertakes to keep the details of the candidates confidential and use them solely for the purpose of examining the candidacy and the recruitment process, including contacting applicants by telephone or in writing.

Submitting the Details of the Candidate constitutes your acceptance of the Company’s privacy policy and consent to join a database of candidates and employees held by the Company.

Please note that the Company may retain the Details of the Candidate even after the appointment or closure of the position, provided that access to the information will be made by the authorized parties by the Company and will be contingent upon the existence of a legitimate need of the Company, such as: considering your candidacy for other positions and opportunities in the Company.
